Mitsubishi Heavy Industries named as best air conditioner brand again

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has been announced as CHOICE’s Best Brand of Air Conditioners 2020 for the third year in a row.

The CHOICE Best Brand of Air Conditioners is picked based on reviews of more than 200 reverse cycle air conditioners, and the result of a reliability and satisfaction survey completed by over 3,000 CHOICE members.

According to CHOICE, a leading consumer advocacy group in Australia, the Best Brand recommendation is given to brands with a clear lead in the test for performance, reliability and customer satisfaction over the last 12 months.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries came up with a 94% rating for customer satisfaction – the highest for any brand – and 90% for reliability. It also achieved an overall Best Brand score of 71%.

Besides the CHOICE award, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries also came up tops in Canstar Blue’s air conditioner review for the second consecutive year, earning five stars for reliability, functionality and features, noise, ease of use, and overall satisfaction. In fact, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is the only brand to achieve a five star rating for overall satisfaction.
